As Conservatorium Director since 2016, Noelene leads the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music with vision and dedication. With over two decades at TRCM, she has held key roles, including Head of Brass and Woodwind and Coordinator of Teaching and Learning. Noelene’s musical journey includes serving in the Australian Army Band Sydney and teaching brass in Grafton, Toowoomba, and Sydney. She has also lectured at the University of New England and tutored for the Department of Education’s regional and international band programs, inspiring musicians of all ages.
Todd provides strategic leadership as Program Manager, overseeing teaching and learning, events, and core operations at the Conservatorium. A former TRCM student, he returned in 2013, bringing expertise in music and audio engineering alongside a strong commitment to educational excellence. Since 2023, he has been Musical Director for CAPERS, leading a major regional showcase involving over 1,500 students, while continuing his professional learning through a Master of Teaching (Secondary Music) at UNE.
Lynnette ensures the Conservatorium’s financial stability, handling billing, payroll, and tax compliance with precision and care. Her meticulous management supports the smooth running of operations, allowing the organisation to focus on its core mission: delivering exceptional music education to the community.
Leanne plays a pivotal role in maintaining the Conservatorium’s facilities and operations. She manages building maintenance, coordinates the timetabling of all lessons, and supports the Director in updating policies and procedures. Leanne’s organisational expertise ensures a seamless environment for both staff and students to thrive.
Cara supports the smooth delivery of programs through student administration. She manages enrolments and paperwork, processes payments and coordinate student lessons, with a particular focus on Early Childhood Music. Alongside her administrative role, Cara is training to assist in Early Childhood Music classes. A practising performer, many in the community will recognise her from Tamworth Musical Society productions.
